Design Thinking

Design Thinking is an iterative process in which I seek to understand the user, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies and solutions that might not be instantly apparent with my initial level of understanding.

User Centered Design

User-centered design is an iterative design process in which I, as a designer, focus on the users and their needs in each phase of the design process. UCD calls for involving users throughout the design process via a variety of research and design techniques so as to create highly usable solutions.

Design Sprints

The Design Sprint is a proven methodology for solving problems through designing, prototyping, and testing ideas with users. Design Sprints quickly align teams under a shared vision with clearly defined goals and deliverables. 

Design Systems

A design system unites product teams around a common visual language. It reduces design debt, accelerates the design process, and builds bridges between teams working in concert to bring products to life.

Understanding the problem

Most of the time, we need to understand why creating any website, tool or app is necessary. We do this by answering all of the “Wh” questions involving a specific project:  

  • What we are trying to build?
  • Why do we need to build it?
  • Who is the user?
  • How are we going to build it?
  • Where are we going to build it?

Research

In the Research Phase, we utilize surveys and interviews to find out the competitive details of product.

Analyze

In this phase, we conduct the analysis row information we find by using competitive analysis techniques, creating personas, and mapping the customer journey.

Prototyping

Prototyping translates concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

UI Design

At the end of the process, we create a pixel-perfect user-interface design within a carefully crafted design system.

Validation

Usually, the validation phase starts when the high-fidelity design is fleshed out. A product is validated with stakeholders and end-users through the series of user testing sessions. In addition to A/B testing, user tasks and data analysis VALIDATE design decisions.
